I have mixed feelings about this place, here is why: — The service is poor, they are very slow, don’t get the orders correct and aren’t friendly nor helpful. — On the positive side, I do like the green chile cheeseburger, the chiles are excellent and according to the website are authentic Hatch Valley green chiles which are wonderful. — There is no such thing as a green chile cheeseburger on the menu, don’t bother, its just not there. Order what you want and then add the green chiles for $.50 extra per burger. Don’t bother asking the employees to explain that anomaly to you even though there is a huge TV display advertising their 2006 winning green chile cheeseburger, they will just give you a blank stare. — Gave me the #2 combo but charged me for #1 combo(which costs more) — Tables weren’t all clean at 1PM, we couldn’t find any napkins to clean it ourselves, — Cashier didn’t really explain the menu when we said it was out first visit here and asked for help. This is inexcusable. — No napkin or condiment dispensers anywhere — Place looks Spartan but it’s clean. Its literally just fours walls and the tables/chairs. Its the most austere fast food place that I have been to. It looks like it got stuck in a time bubble in the 1950s(ok the seats are 1970s but you know what I mean). — Burgers are cooked to order, not pre-made like other fast food joints which is good but the staff is very slow — The drive-through window is impossibly slow, I watched as cars would pull up and just sit there, waiting and waiting. In the entire time we ate there today, one car got served and one more car pulled up. There were three more cars behind them in line and I felt very sorry for them, its the slowest window service I have ever seen, even slower than Bumble Bee in Santa Fe(which has a sign outdoors proclaiming that they have the world’s slowest drive-through). — Soft drinks are self serve — Grilled chicken is small for the price, it’s smaller than the burger and yet costs more, my wife was rather disappointed with it. — No AC it was warm and uncomfortable inside there(which is why I think people were lined up in their cars. It was 95 degrees outside and felt almost as warm inside. — The milkshake comes out of a machine. Its not gourmet but its cold. I tried the cherry milkshake which did have a cherry flavor and was super thick but it doesn’t taste natural. Try the shakes/concretes at Freddy’s and you’ll see what I mean. — The fries are OK. They somehow taste fresher than most places, but do go soft n soggy rather quickly(they are steaming themselves soggy, which we don’t like, please find some other way to serve them). In conclusion: the green chili cheeseburgers are good(featuring excellent chilies) but the service is lousy to poor, the ambiance is austere so its not as pleasant an experience as it should be.

Absolutely ridiculous wait for drive thru! 30 minutes? I can get breakfast quicker at a sit down restaurant

Great food but WELL overshadowed by the horrible job managing this location. Whoever manages this location needs to be replaced. The wait for a single item in the drive thru can exceed 45 minutes. They even say during your order they are busy(which they aren’t) and short staffed. The issue I have with this is has been ongoing for years.

There are a few times I have ever wanted to leave a bad review, but today was one of them. I waited 30 mins for a single drive through burrito, and had to go inside to remind them to make my burrito. Just an honest review. If you have a drive through and drive through waiting parking, you can’t be ignoring you customers.

When i moved to New Mexico, i was told the best breakfast burritos here were blakes. I beg to difer! It’s a flour tortilla loaded with potatoes, 1 egg and, very little meat smothered in tasteless chile. This location in particular, has very slow service. Doesn’t matter if your in the drive thru or, inside.

Came by for breakfast, flies everywhere inside. Dirty bathrooms. Lack of customer service. Their drive through was backed up and so slow people where having to park. I ordered two simple burritos and waited 15 min. I do not like giving bad reviews but other then the size you get for the price there is nothing good about this visit. It is very unlikely I’ll return to this location.

Best«fast food» burger you can get! Although, speed is not of the essence in this place, your food is always fresh. The young ladies working the window are always very polite and my order is accurate 9⁄10 times. Been a customer since 1998, still a fan.

I was very disappointed this morning when I got home to find our breakfast burritos were very thin and hardly had and hashbrowns. I have company over and was bragging about how great Blake’s burritos are. It’ll be a while before I return to the Blake’s on Unser in Rio Rancho.

This is the worst Blake’s around. Don’t bother calling ahead because they won’t make your order till you arrive. This has happened twice. 2 times in a row they have messed up my order and had to go back. Seriously drive further if you are craving a breakfast burrito.

I’ve found the service to be excellent here. It will never be ‘national burger chain fast’ since, like Ricardo says, they cook it when you order it. Maybe I’ve just been lucky, but I’ve found it to be really fast and again, really good service. I give special kudos to Sylvia! She is super nice, friendly and patient!

Been going to this Lotaburger for over 10 years. Yes, the service is slow, it’s that way at all the Lotaburger’s. You order your food, then they cook it. Your hamburger isn’t cooked six hours early, put in a pan of water, then microwaved when you order… Relaxed atmosphere while you wait for you food… Good honest food at good prices. Helpful polite staff.

Classic burger and fries — good. Nothing extraordinary about it, but its pretty decent. My only gripe about this place, is that it takes FOREVER~~~~ womp womp. Havent had breakfast at this location, but in my opinion, it was so gross, I would never buy breakfast from this chain again. Stick to burgers and fries and you shouldn’t be disappointed.
