OK so very disappointed with the customer service, my wife and I were driving in separate cars when one of the check engine lights started flashing, luckily there was an auto zone close by. We pulled in I got out and headed in, it was slow two workers one customer. I let this older gentleman know about the car throwing a code he grunted, grabbed his machine and followed me out. Once it the code popped up he read what it said, my wife tried asking questions but he rudely interrupted her and went off on knowing and doing regular maintenance of the car with this condescending tone. I found it very rude but we bought some fuel injector and my wife asked if it’d be better to put it in and let it sit and he scoffed and said very rude and apparently irritated just put it in and drive. With this experience I now know to go across the street to O rileys. The store was clean but the customer service was horrible.

Went in to see what was wrong with my battery and was attended by an extremely rude employee named Craig Spreacker. I went in with my father who has slight trouble with English because there is a language barrier. Immediately, Craig is rudely, and blatantly, dismissing what my father was saying. Unacceptable. Had my father not been there, I would have most certainly demanded to see a manager. At one point, a customer behind us was kinder and more informative than Craig himself. Craig was more orientated around customer service towards this particular customer, but not us. I feel as though this was a race issue because he was much kinder and much more professional towards the customer behind us. I would assume most customers aren’t car savvy individuals so I would hope that employees would help as much as possible, but we did not receive that. I am infuriated. Craig asked for a phone number to let us know when our battery would be done charging. We gave him my father’s cell phone number. The number was not listed so we tried the home phone number. It worked. That number was recently disconnected and we asked if he could change the number and Craig insisted on dismissing our inquiries about the number. My father even told him that the number had been disconnected and wished to change it to his cell number. Craig replied by insisting that he did not care and that it wasn’t his priority. Multiple times. If I see this employee again and this happens again, I will be sure to ask for a manager. This is unacceptable. I would recommend that if you do come here, avoid Craig if you can.
