I have mixed feelings about this groomer. They do a good job with grooming. But, their business could be run better. It’s frustrating for the customer. I say this because they never answer the phone and rarely return your phone calls or voicemail messages, and as they are a «by appointment only» groomer you can see where this would be frustrating for a customer after this customer has called every day for a week to get their dog an appointment. Also they only take cash or check. I gave them a check for my dog’s services and 3 months later they finally cashed it. 3 months later… I also came to pick up my dog once and they left her tied to a grooming table, shaking and scared. I did not appreciate this. They use good products and my dog is always clean when she returns but the way they run their business makes it frustrating for the customer
