Small roadside BBQ joint. Looks as though some friends got together one weekend and built it. To me, those can be some of the best hidden jewels. That wasn’t the case this time but it wasn’t a lump of coal either. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Front of the house, and from what I could tell, the back as well, seemed very clean. I had the pulled pork sandwich, fries and fried pickles. Sandwich was ok. It wasn’t great but it wasn’t bad either. The fries were crinkle fries straight out of freezer, but I have no problem with that. They were hot, well seasoned and tasty. The fried pickles were great! To sum it up; if your in a rush and just need to grab a bite, it’s fine. No doubt, better than McDonalds. I wouldn’t make a drive of any distance for it though.
