Mancinelli’s

The pizza was good. Kind of expensive. They also forgot about one of our orders, so we ended up spending 20 more minutes than we would have just waiting around for a pizza they weren’t making. Otherwise, good taste, friendly.

Had the meatball sandwich which was delicious but the place needs cleaning and an upgrade! Bad!
The fan and vents were full of dust blowing on you as you eat. Gross

I work in oilfield Sales and I’m in Rifle 6 – 7 times a year. And that means I eat at Mancinelli’s when I’m there. The best Pizza in town, period. And the Mancinelli Sub with their special peppers can’t be beat. Along with «Da Beef» (next to Choice Liquors on Airport RD) it’s a must stop when in Rifle, and a locals favorite.

I have eaten there 4 times, would have been 6, but two times closed.
the pizza is fabulous, crust excellent, sauce same, meat cheeses favorable fresh and noticeable. it seems every item on the pizza gets it own solo. I love the workers so cool, laid back. proud of their product. The salads have been bright fresh crunchy, dressing vibrantly Italian.

Awesome sub sandwiches! Been through Rifle hundreds of times and finally stopped for lunch on a Saturday. Will be stopping now EVERYTIME we drive through. Great service Great Food!

Ate here cause they delivered and was staying in hotel. Spent the next day in and out of the outhouse after only one slice of pizza!!! The local guys on the crew called in Mancinelli’s revenge. Way to much sauce, greasy, expensive, and took about an hour to be deliver. Horrible choice on my part. There are good places to eat in this town just avoid this one. UPDATE: Apparently the owner would rather argue than try and make it right… wow… see photos for screenshot of conversation.

Still a one star because there’s nothing below that. After writing the first review, the owner contacted me, telling me I was rude and she would have done something to remedy their mistake, but I was so rude. See below how rude I was.
This was our conversation one month after. Just by reading her horrible grammar, that alone makes me disgusted with this «pizza» place.

?? Firstly, that was over a month ago. Secondly, I had been calling the store for over an hour with no reply at 5:30 in the afternoon. Thirdly, you should have more than one employee working your store. It’s a wonder why when I drive by there there’s only two or less cars parked out there at any given time of the day. Not impressed at all. Not sure what happened from 2012 till now, but your service has changed exponentially.

Again I am so sorry you had a bad experience but business is better than it ever has been in there… Sometimes mistakes are made but we do try our best!
And I eat my food every day and it is the bomb sorry you’ll be missing out!

We have people make it a point all day long to come up to the counter after they eat and tell us how awesome the food by us we have reviews all over the Internet so you know you had a bad experience and that really sucks but nobody is perfect I would’ve tried to remedy your problem but like I said you were so completely rude right off the job I would rather not even

I’m not rude, I’m honest. I didn’t have just ONE bad experience, I had three. Firstly, we ordered a pizza from you when we first moved to Rifle, and it showed up an hour and a half later, cold, and soggy. Went to order again, and nobody would answer the phone for over an hour. Third chance, Friday evening at 7:30, you guys said you weren’t delivering anymore. LOL. How am I being rude again?

I mean really? Do you care that much that someone is upset with your service that you have to harass them? I literally had to block this person from my page. Every time I drive by there now I get irritated. Hopefully the lack of cars in the parking lot will subsequently lead to their demise. What an awful experience. I’ve never been so dissatisfied with a company in my entire life. Should probably sue for fricken pain and suffering of my brain trying to read and understand what she was saying. NOW THAT IS RUDE. :)

Met with the owner of Mancinellis, who reached out to me after I expressed that I had a negative customer service experience. I am pleased with our follow up conversation, she is a super nice businesswoman who truly cares about her business. I stand by my opinion that they serve great pizza and I will order from her establishment again in the future.

Seriously love this place and the food! Meatball parm used to be my fav. then i had the cheese steak and that was my fav. until i had a calzone tonight. So hard to pick my fav now!

don’t know what these folks ate but what I got was horrible, I ordered a Philly cheese steak and after 30 minutes (there were 4 people sitting at a table eating) I got some thing full of hard brown lumps and gooey PINK sauce. If you are used to eating decent food go some where else this place sucks

This is our favorite place in Rifle. Every time we are in town we eat here. It isn’t fancy but the food and service is fantastic.
I just wish the hours were slightly later. We don’t come here often so when we do and we miss them because they are closed we get sad!
We have had the pizza, calzones, salads and sandwiches. All were great.

Mancinelli’s — oh, man, how to begin — these guys (and gals) make the *best* white pizza you ever (ever, ever) had: Tell ‘em «White pizza, extra garlic, no shrooms, canadian bacon.» It’s the best pizza EVAR.
I order from them delivery all the time: they’re one of two delivery food services in Rifle (the other is Dominos — which is. um… Dominos). The food is hot, the taste is great, and the delivery person is usually an ex-​student of mine. But they’re working for a good restaurant, doing a good job, and delivering some pretty damned tasty food. I give ‘em 87.5 percent: enough for the 5^th star, but not enough for %100 by being a bit slow on high work-​time periods: If I get a hankering for some Mancinelli’s at 3PM, I might have to wait a few hours (example time chosen at random).

We used to eat Mancinelli’s when they were in Glenwood Springs but always had gastric trouble the next day. Stopped going because we suspected it was low grade food poisoning due to lack of good food temperatures etc. One day we ate a pizza at a party and found out later it was from Mancinelli’s! Same problems as always. We will NEVER go there again.

This place is really a little hole in the wall but served the best pizza I’ve had in a long time. Be prepared to wait since they make each pizza to order and good pizza takes time.

Excellent pasta, subs and salads. I’m not a big fan of their pizza honestly. My favorite is the cheese ravioli! Delicious marinara sauce and huge portion. Fun place to take the kids for a pizza lunch.

Flavor of the pepperoni pizza and our Cesar salad with chicken was very good. Pepperoni was a little scarce on the pizza but the cheese and the crust made up up for it mostly. Certainly four star rating in my opinion.

After visiting this place twice, I seriously have to wonder about the previous reviews! I found absolutely nothing good about this place!!!

This is a great place! The guy in the kitchen was the key, it was very funny to listen to him work his magic. From «Fire in the hole!» when he put my pie in, to his version of «Time of the Season» by The Zombies. This guy is awesome. The pizza is very good too! Only thing I would have liked is fresh jalapeños, none of that canned stuff for me.

The pizzas are great, the subs are outstanding, but the STROMBOLI is out of this world! Even a small stromboli is enough to feed at least 4 people. I ordered a small, and I ate it for lunch and dinner, and there is still enough for about 3 more servings. If you are deciding between a pizza or the stromboli, get the stromboli for a few dollars more. It’s a feast! I will definitely come back!

Oh yeah. I forgot to mention that they make the best wings in the world. Not sure exactly what they do to it, but it’s unlike any wing you have ever shoved into your mouth.
