I recently dealt with this store after buying art in an online auction. They were incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful. Everything was packed meticulously, sent across the country and arrived in great condition and when promised.

I have been using this location for about 7 – 8 months for post box and other services… the staff in friendly, extremely competent and pleasant… the email notification service is amazingly efficient .I can’t thing of a more perfect experience… highly recommend to any business owner like myself…

The employees at my town of Ridgewood store are outstanding in everyway. Friendly, responsive, and creative– they are the best. You always feel as if there is a sense or order in a business that could be chaotic.

I came in here with two 60lb boxes to be shipped. I told the lady,(who appeared to be the manager or owner) that I had back trouble and couldn’t lift the boxes onto the scale by myself. She told me that she had back problems too. So we lifted them together. I said, «well you’re in the wrong business.» She said, «looks like you are too.» I said, «I’m not in the shipping business.» After all was said and done, she proceeded to explain to me that the prepaid labels I was shipping with, stated«50lbs,» and the boxes actually weighed 15lbs over that weight… And«that’s how people get hurt.» Call me crazy, but if you run a business called the UPS Store, then you had better be prepared to HAPPILY be doing some lifting of all kinds of parcels throughout the day. Go hire a strong arm for your business if you have back problems… You’re representing the United Parcel Service and they don’t cry about lifting boxes. That’s what they do all day long. I don’t need a lecture. Just do your job.
