I went here once. It’s near my house but the price was not particularly cheap & the language barrier was a much bigger issue here than at another salon in the area.
If Spanish isn’t a language you’re good at, you might want to go elsewhere if you’re getting more than a basic haircut. The service itself was okay but the lack of good English speakers made me wary about getting more elaborate services. Combined with the price, I could just go to Supercuts.
The upside though, is that you’re not likely to see any of the invading hipsters here. This is another one of those true neighborhood businesses where you will get to see «the real Ridgewood.»
