Very nice and kid friendly place. The owner Diana is very nice and did a fantastic job on my sons hair. My son is 10 months old and is very fidgety but she worked fast and did a wonderful job. I will definitely be going back!

Highly recommended. Take my twin boys here now after using other places. Very happy here. Very attentive service. Price is reasonable. Kids kept busy in play area and tv’s.

I was extremely pleased with the salon. My 4 year old son, who has some special needs, was able to get a hair cut. He didn’t want to sit down, but the salon owner was very patient and helped him and myself with the anxiety.
This was my sons first salon cut, as he didn’t want to do the cut in any barber shop even after watching his dad getting a hair cut.

Place is set up very cute, but… I think she’s in the wrong line of business! I have counted more «DO NOT TOUCH» signs than toys in this place. I mean come on, you’re cutting children’s hair and you have signs all over the place, like literally all over the place. For instance «do not sit here», «do not place belongings here», «parents sit down while I cut your child’s hair» and it goes on and on. She’s so worried about going into another person’s time and charges you if you late. She has a hard time being told to go a little shorter other than what she has done. She seems very uptight and honestly I wouldn’t come back here or tell my other mommy friends about this place.

I have taken my son her twice and she is amazing! He did not cry or even realize he was getting a cut! I love this place. He comes out looking so fresh and of course she puts a little cologne on for him before he gets out of his seat! to cute!
The set up is great very clean and the seats the kids sit in are super adorable! I must say wonderful place! His first hair cut was so cut and gave us a certificate and beofre and after pics!!! love it

This place is a wonderful environment for children. My son is not exactly the easiest to cut but the owner does a great job of working with him. She is so patient I dont know how she does it all day lol and my son always looks great! And the first hair cut certificate and souvenirs were a great touch for memories!

Mersmeric Salon a children’s hair dresser located on the second floor of a busy Queens neighborhood has brightly painted walls and familiar cartoon characters all try to make the hair cutting experience comfortable for a child. And if you don’t give the one hair stylist any instruction she will cut/​style your child’s hair fine. However she has a bit of trouble with instruction. The cost is half as other hair salons in Queens but because I have not been satisfied with the cuts I am not sure I will take my children back.
