Love this food. Specially the General Tso Chicken. They serve the lunch special all week. Saturday and Sunday’s too! Prices are good, the service is great! Would recommend this to all :)

Very straight forward Chinese place as you would expect of Chinese places. This spot is very clean! I wish they would get rid of the typical orange trays that most of these establishments usually have. With the closing of Rico Pollo next door, this has been my alternative for lunch. Good solid food. Definitely a bargain and they have lunch specials and all day specials posted on the window outside. All around awesome and super fast!

I have been here a few times. When they first opened I liked the fact that they actually had a dining room area. Although there is no table service it made them a cut about your traditional takeout. Now things have changed. Staff are rude and the food is mediocre at best. I ordered the beef and broccoli combo and I was really disappointed. It may have just been that day but there are way too many choices in the neighborhood to find out. Would not recommend

If you want the most fresh cooked Chinese food, this is where it’s at. The sweet and sour chicken is fantastic, they put the sauce on the side. And the lunch special comes with either a free choice of can soda, egg roll or soup. And the egg rolls are not too greasy, fried to a prefect crisp.

It’s decent chinese food. Nothing special at all. I’ll see if I can find better

Update: Different owners and menus. The food is not authentic anymore. Just an Americanized Chinese restaurant. So sad to lose the original one…

Having grown up eating take-out Chinese food in Queens, the single most culturally diverse county in the United States, I’ve always had a taste for some of the finest, if most mass-appealing, style of Asian cuisine. What a pleasant surprise it was to find that tradition continued on Myrtle Avenue in Ridgewood. Delicious, fresh, hot Chinese food delivered to your table — or to go — within minutes. I recently had the pleasure of introducing my 2-year-old daughter to the continent’s gastronomic marvels here, and while she heartily enjoyed only the fried wonton noodles, it was a treat to watch her inspect my lunch of pork fried rice and wonton soup on a cold winter’s day. Yes, the fried rice is definitively yellow, but excellent flavors sometimes come in colors outside of a Madison Avenue marketing campaign Pantone spec. Plenty of wontons in the soup and a decent amount of pork in the fried rice make this one of the best meal deals in a five-mile radius. Oh, and the restroom is impeccable. I cannot wait to go back!

This place is the Bomb I don’t review unless it’s a 4 star and better this place is a 5 Star in TASTE ! Their Pork fried Dumplings have a Canal type legitimacy too them. Thin skin with a tight crunchy outside and clean crisp airy ginger taste… Extremely good… Their fried Jumbo wings are crunchy fresh and tasty… The shrimp fried rice is authentic and chicken and Broccoli a standard staple at Chinese restaurants was the BOMB. Crispy broccoli, fresh onions and a nice savory Brown sauce… BEWARE!!! they Changed OWNERS. different MENU… I did not eat there because I saw them serving yellow Rice like a in a cheap ENY Chinese Restuarant Place…

Stopped in for the first time last night. It was late so I was the only person there but they were so nice. The man behind the counter offered me tea or water while I waited for my pick up order. The restaurant is very clean. The place is nicely decorated with comfortable booths and tables so I would definitely go there to eat in as well. Food was great, I got the General Tso. It was yummy gobbled it up more quickly than I should have. I will definitely be going there or ordering soon.

Finally a legit Chinese restaurant on Myrtle! Tried their Fried rice, Lo mein, tofu and chicken curry today. It was all yummy. Definitely a place I would order again from.

If you’re looking a legitimate local Chinese joint — this is it. By far and large, this is THE best quality Chinese take out place in the neighborhood, and I’ve tried them all. Order the Lo Mein, BBQ pork, scallion pancaked or whatever and you will see the difference.

This place opened a couple months ago and I stopped by ordered to support. Don’t remember what I had, was average. I went there recently, two days ago and had the Kung Pao chicken lunch special. It was excellent, qulaity meat and a great flavor. I’m ordering there again today.
