Flowers by Renia & Gifts

This florist did the flowers for my wedding this past April! They were wonderful to work with and a real bargain considering the quality and service I was getting. I had so many compliments from our guests on the uniques and elegance of all the flowers. They decorated our arch, made bouquets for 6 bridesmaids and myself. Prepped corsages and boutonnière for the 4 parents and all the groomsmen as well. Delivery was also flawless! Of all the things that go wrong on ones wedding day, thank god these guys nailed it! Ahh so nice to have 1 less item to worry about. Thank you!

Having the need to obtain some flowers for a family member who had passed away, I did some searching around on the net to find a local florist that was close to the funeral home — my thoughts were that the place local to my home was only going to call around and do essentially the same thing, so why not cut out the middle man?

Now hey, I know this is a land of immigrants but please, if you are going to have your people answer the phone, they should be able to understand basic English, especially in a retail business. While the person who answered the phone was pleasant enough, she could not understand about 75% of what I was saying and this forced me to spell everything out repeatedly… a real time consuming process.
The process was finally completed and when I arrived at the funeral home, the flowers were very nicely done– they score a few stars for that alone. The downside is of course, that the names on the card were not only spelled wrong (two out of 3 names wrong) but it also looked like my 6 year old niece did the printing…
Final analysis: nice floral work, tedious and time consuming process of getting the order in and bad penmanship.
