The worst company ever. My husband purchased furniture on Saturday, paid cash and had a 400.00 balance. We were told the furniture would be delivered Monday 11−16−15, after 5:00. They would call 45 minutes before. We waited till 8:00, no call. I true to call the store and no answer and no delivery. Now we have to wait till 11:00, till they open. What kind of store don’t deliver or call.

I Service Our Community For Over 40 Years And They Treat Custom Service With No Concern Now I Have To Proper Services Through Court Be Alert When Shoping Here.

My mom ordered a living room set on a Friday to be delivered on Monday because we had to get out the old furniture and clean up before we got the new stuff. Monday came we had to call to get a status on the furniture they said between 4−10pm. I had to call the driver around 7 because I didn’t receive any calls saying that they were going to be delivering. They said they should be there by 9. At 9pm they call and say that they’re stuck on job and it could take up to 2hrs. The driver promised that he would be at my house at 10:30 am with the furniture the following morning. I called the driver at 10:15 because I didn’t get a call to at least say they were on their way. At 10:30 they were just getting the truck to deliver to my house. They didn’t get to my house until minutes to 12 which again they didn’t even call to say they were on their way, They just showed up. They brought up the couches, unwrapped them and one of the couches is damaged. They promise to bring a new one the next day. Well that day I sat around my house waiting for them to call. When I did call the driver there was no response. I called the store and they told me that he said he would do it tomorrow. He called me back and I asked for a time frame and he didn’t give me one. So now I’m waiting yet again for them to deliver. I just had to call because again I haven’t heard anything. Based on delivery alone I wouldn’t go back to this store to purchase anything. These delivery guys feel like they could deliver stuff when ever they feel like it. They act as if they’re doing me a favor when they did get paid. If they actually did things the right way they wouldn’t have to cancel on customers. Something that was supposed to take one day has taken a whole week and possibly longer. They must think people sit around on their asses all day. SMH the way I’m feeling I want them to take back their shit and give me a damn refund. Horrible communication skills on their end. Bad customer service. Never again!!!

This is worst SCAM business and team of individuals I have every dealt with. They are un professional, all liars and scammers to say the least. I placed an order with them and was told I would have it delivered the next day. I paid it in full only to find out the next day while waiting for my delivery that they actually didnt have it in stock. I was told I would receive a call back and after waiting 3WEEKS!!! No phone call at all! After calling they tell me yes they have one there, I show up to the place and its damaged. They do not care to work with me, resolve this issue or refund my money. They basically had me pay this money in full to then tell me no we dont have it. Waited ONEMONTH in addition to the other 3 weeks and received nothing. Everyone in the Myrtle ave location is useless. How can people like this even have a job servicing clients?

Well, I’m more than happy with my new furniture, they have a great selection, good prices, the staff was nice and patient with me,(I’m a little picky) and is hard to decide with the huge selection they have, but at the end I walked out very satisfied and the best part I received my furniture just few days after. I highly recommend this place.

The 1 star reviews are absolutely spot on. I ordered a table from here nearly a month ago and was told on 5 different occasions — FIVE! Not once or twice, but FIVE times that my table would be arriving on a certain day and it still hasn’t shown up. Fed up and not wanting to do business with such an unprofessional company I’m now trying to get a refund which is also proving to be a huge hassle. Do not waste your time here.

This place is the WORSTEVER… Horrible customer service. No one knows nothing that’s going on when you call. They made me wait 2 weeks for a bed and never told me anything every time I called. They had me up every night waiting until 10 pm and never came. When I would call to speak to the manager, they told me she was busy and I couldn’t speak to anyone. They are liars. They made me dismount my bed stating that they for sure would be there the next day, they didn’t come until a week later. I had to sleep on the floor. Fuck everybody there. NEVEREVERGO
