I tried to transfer number to Cricket in this branch. But employees didn’t know rates, fees and promotions from website. They provide unprofessional service. Finally I had to visit another store to sign contract.

A decent selection of mobile phones makes Cricket Wireless, which operates on the AT&T network, a decent selection when looking for a pay-as-you-go option that fits your budget. The store is clean, well-lighted and inviting enough that I wandered in here after a poor experience at a national electronics retailer down the street whose name rhymes with Fadio Whack. I was looking for an external battery pack for my smartphone, which had inconveniently died as I was locked out at home without a way to call my wife, who was inside.(We don’t have a doorbell.) While the store didn’t carry external battery packs in stock, a male employee(or perhaps the owner/manager) said that he had one at home, ran out and returned with a solar-powered model he owned personally that he ended up giving me, free of charge. I was speechless at his generosity and felt an overwhelming sense of gratitude that a stranger would do something nice for me at a time when I really needed it, and I will definitely come back when it’s time to re-up my mobile plan. I wish them all the success in the world. Good people!
