The therapist focused on getting me back on my feet after ACL surgery. Within three weeks, I was up and walking thanks to her therapy. She helped motivate me to improve, and continued to challenge me with increased weights and activities to make me stronger. Not only did she help physically, but also mentally. I was nervous about recovery and terrified that I would never be able to walk/run normally again. She always eased my mind, and was thoughtful, caring, and considerate in every session. I would recommend her to anyone!

I have had neck pain for a very long time and came to this practice for deep tissue and muscle strengthening. The PT was very attentive and spot on when it came to my pain and trigger points. She always took her time with me and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a great therapist!

I was extremely unimpressed with the treatment I received at AR Rehabilitation &PT. The physical therapist has way too many clients in at one time, approximately 3 – 5 other patients were treated simultaneously while I was also in the office. It’s blatantly obvious she is pushing maximum volume through the office, which I can only see as being beneficial for her, financially. She has the patients run through exercises on their own and then spent minimal time actually treating me. Her attention span is horrific, and I got so frustrated that I started recording the time she spent working on my injury, which averaged between four and a half to eight minutes. Often times, she would stop working on me to turn to talk to another patient about something frivolous such as grilling recipes or day camp. After spending over a thousand dollars in PT sessions, I was forced to go to another physical therapist group in the area. The average physical therapist works on his/her clients one on one for approximately 30 – 45 minutes a session, not less than ten minutes, which was I experienced here. If you’re serious about healing your injury and getting back to an active lifestyle as soon possible, do your homework and go elsewhere.

Do not go here for PT! The physical therapist was inattentive, distracted, and oblivious to the severe pain she was inflicting. She was unaware because she was busy having conversations with up to 4 or 5 other patients at the same time. No one patient ever got her full attention. I left my last session in tears because of the pain she caused by jabbing a hard stick-like object into my spasming neck muscles! The only bright spot here is that the receptionist and PT asst are quite professional and attentive. Stay away from this place!
