The Retreat at Colonel Creek

Made our first trip to the retreat at colonel creek on may 24^th and it won’t be our last. The restaurant is casual in a beautiful setting overlooking colonel creek area of Lake wateree. The Menu is diverse with lots of high quality freshly prepared dishes. It is a good choice for lunch or dinner. My wife and I shared an excellent Angus bacon cheese burger with delicious home made onion rings, as well as a firecracker shrimp wrap with a yummy Cole slaw. They cannot serve beer on Sunday so we settled for sweet tea, a state of the south. Our waitress Haleigh was great, knowledgeable of the menu friendly and very accomodating, providing excellent service. We will be back soon, as it is an easy and scenic ride from our home in Blythewood. I recommend this RETREAT to everyone
