Wonderful assistance, we kept the salesman running through several varieties of shoes. He was very knowledgeable about fits, brands and styles. Lots of brands here to choose from and decent sale prices.

Went to the Renaissance at Colony Park shopping center for the first time today. It was mid day so not very busy. Found this place called Sand Dollar Lifestyles ! it is a sampling of all the outdoor adventure wear in one place ! They have Under Armour, Merrell, Teva, The North Face, reef, Chaco, Kavu, Columbia, Patagonia and a bunch more brands that I had not heard before. Each brand has its area under the same roof… a great concept because from the outside it looks like they are different stores. Matthew helped us out and he was very friendly and went out of his way to look for sizes and styles we wanted. Will definitely stop here again if I am in Jackson.

I just visited Sand Dollar Lifestyles in the Renaissance Center last week. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted to purchase. 3 pairs of a particular brand they carry. 2 for myself and 1 for a friend. It was an easy sale, and I was a great customer.
Much to my dismay I was treated with such disrespect from the male associate that was attempting to help me. He was in no place to be working retail. His snarky rude comments and eye rolling lost the store a great client for life. I will also let everyone I know in that mall to avoid purchasing from this store. Maybe just try it on there, experience the lackluster customer service and buy online. Not something I would often recommend, but this location does not deserve your business.
