Noggins Organic Salon

I absolutely LOVE this place. I travel for a living and have such trouble finding a good salon to do my hair. Beautiful salon and everyone is super nice. Mary does my hair and I just love her. Her personality is contagious and so welcoming. I am only near this town in October but in May I am about 150 miles away and drive all the way there just to have my hair done. That’s how much adore this place.

I have been a Noggins client for the last 4 years and love it. The salon itself is an Aveda salon, it is beautifully done very clean and all staff and stylists are very professional yet personable. Mary is my stylist, she is amazing, beautiful taste, wonderful technique… I trust her implicitly and I am never disappointed! She has done cuts, color & updos for me and I always get great compliments on my hair.

Noggins is one of the only Aveda salons in the Jackson metro area. I’ve been getting my hair cut/​styled at Aveda salons since I was in middle school, and have been to MANY of them in various cities! Needless to say, Noggins is definitely top notch! Not only are they super clean and professional, they also use natural, organic products.
Now located in The Township, it’s a bit further of a drive for me, but I absolutely adore their new location as opposed to the one off County Line Road. The aesthetics of the salon are bright, sleek, and modern. While waiting for my color to set, I sipped on Aveda’s specialty tea in the lounge. Seriously, even if I wasn’t coming to get my hair done, I’d pay for a cup of this tea if I could! They also have ice water and Keurig coffees available, and free Wi-​Fi as well.
I’d say the prices are fair for what you get here. At Noggins, you’re not just paying for a haircut, you’re paying for an experience, a knowledgeable stylist, and quality hair products. They also have different levels of stylists to choose from. Tina is my go-​to, and she ALWAYS does a fantastic job with my hair. She even took my out-​of-​wack hormones into account when I was pregnant, and adjusted my color and toner accordingly.
Definitely give Noggins a try if you want a stylish look and a relaxing experience. I’d recommend getting an appointment, especially for weekends.
