Would NOT Recommend… He walked off the remodel job I hired him to do and has yet to pay the HVAC guys for my air conditioning unit. I paid 95% or so of the complete contract and when he left the Electricity, Pluming, Floors, Insulation and painting was not finished… Of course, it was my fault, the architectural drawing’s fault, not John’s … right!
