If I could give zero stars, I would. It has been almost a month since my cat passed and they charged my card over $ 300. Once they get their money, all customer service goes out the window. I never got a notification that he was delivered back at the clinic, which is part of what the fee is for. Apparently he has been there, but they don’t know how long or when he was taken back. This place is a rip off and a joke. Do yourself a favor and seek your services somewhere else. They lack compassion and will give you the run around and never call you back if there is an issue, or to even notify you when your pet is back. The grieving process is hard enough without dealing with people like this. Go somewhere else.
