This is the nicest Burger King I’ve ever been to. I don’t know why the other reviews are so negative, but we have always had a positive experience here. Michael, the manager, bends over backwards to make sure it runs ship shape. They have a nice flatscreen TV inside and one of those multioptioned coke machines. My husband forgot his wallet once, and since we live close they were fine with him leaving to come get it despite the fact we already placed our order. The staff never got sassy and were completely wonderful the whole time. They insisted I could leave with my husband but I preferred to stay as «collateral». They gave me a free drink and told me to enjoy myself and just relax! Best place ever! I highly recommend. They also send out some great coupons, so make sure you don’t throw those out.

Much better than your standard fast food experience, especially when Michael is managing. He jumps up with a smile to take my order and comes out to check on my table to make sure I don’t need anything else. My order has never been wrong. Highly recommended.

If I could give no stars I would to this Burger King. They are just up the street from where I work. The food is ok for a BK. the Chicken Fries are never like pictured, over priced and they never give you the right amount. The drive thru is so below the bar. I know because I use to work drive thru and I know what they are doing. If you’re the only car, they will ask you to drive around the building or back up and pull forward again. Strange right? Let me explain. This will reset their drive thru clock so it looks like customers don’t wait as long for their food. First of all if I’m the only one, I shouldn’t wait too long. Second of all don’t ask me to do some crazy driving maneuver to inflate your stats. Did you ever think about maybe serving the customer in a timely manner instead? This kind of shady practice only makes me question what else they do to cut corners. Their sign also says open 24 hours. One night I was out late and I went by around 2:55am to grab a snack. They said they were open but couldn’t take orders for an hour because their system was«resetting.» Now this may be true but I’m sure someone out there who decided you should be open 24 hours has a way for you to take orders during that«down time». She said it happens every night. So I asked her to let management know they should change their sign to «Open 23 hours» because this doesn’t make sense. My guess is that they just didn’t know what to do. Combined with the other shady practices I recommend avoiding Burger King on Lake Harbour.
