Turkey Ridge

Unfortunate experience for Turkey Ridge, very very disconcerting experience for me. As soon as I entered the store and started walking around and looking at merchandise I was followed very closely byTyler who is according to Tyler is the store manager. Did you think I was going to shoplift Tyler? Really?
Upon making my selection, I presented a store credit and was told that Tyler would have to find the corresponding copy in order to validate. Tyler could not find the copy, and told me in no uncertain terms that they could not honor my store credit. Really? Because YOU can’t find the corresponding copy my store credit is invalid??? I told her to keep looking and that they need a better system. A MIRACLE!!! she found it misfiled. You see Tyler I wasn’t looking to screw you or shoplift. How about that???
No apology, no social graces. After I leave, and am looking at the earrings I notice a stone missing so back to creepy rude store I go. Again, no apology, NOTHING!!! got me a new pair, a sickly «have a nice day» and I’M DONE. NEVER EVER TO RETURN.
I will take my business to a store that respects their customers.
Pretty poor experience for such an upscale store. Turkey Ridge you just don’t get it

The store is a lovely addition to Ridgefield. I couldn’t disagree with J. S’s comment more. I am a frequent customer I have had nothing but the best experiences at Turkey Ridge. The girls that work there are always very pleasant and incredibly helpful. They don’t haggle you like in other stores I’ve been in but really try to find you exactly what you want. They won’t hesitate to give you their honest opinions if they believe something isn’t right for you just to make a sale! The owner does a wonderful job with the store and has an incredible assortment of merchandise from accessories, to beautiful home décor, to even clothes. You will always find something that you want! Everything is very reasonably priced and they even do a complimentary gift wrap on anything! Great store!

While this place actually has some good buys, I have never been treated more like a criminal in a store in my life! Apparently they have had some theft problems so the owner makes the employees literally FOLLOW YOU around the store and watch you. Ridgefield is a great town, but this RUDE owner has no place there. I put back the items I was going to purchase because I didn’t want to support her.
