I had a completely different experience than the other reviewer. I called this office at 8:03am on a Thursday because my toddler accidentally hit me in the eye leaving me with a corneal abrasion. The receptionist who answered the phone was super helpful… I think her name was Rebecca… anyway, she got me in for an appt at 8:45am that same day. The doctor could see the abrasion, treated me and told me my vision in that eye would resume to normal within 48 hours. Altough I hope no one else has to go there under the same circumstances, I highly recommend Opticare in Ridgefield.

I absolutely do not recommend this office. The optometrists do a fine job, but the administrative staff makes interactions with this office incredibly frustrating. The receptionists are untrained, unfriendly and unable to offer any assistance when they make errors.
