Joanne cut my hair slightly differently than how all of the other barbers have done it in the past. Initially I wasn’t so sure it was going to look right. Later when I washed my hair and styled it, I could see the genius behind what she did.
Hair looks great, she’s a pleasant conversationalist, and I’ll definitely be back!

A friend tipped me off to this place after horrific experience (s) with other barbers in the area. I came in hoping for something better.
Asked for a medium skin fade, comb over and she knew exactly what she was doing. Only $ 16 a cut compared to other Korean places in Palisades Park where they charge you at least $ 30 for a men’s cut. Joanne knows what she’s talking about and is very honest when giving her opinion/​suggestion. I never second-​guess what she says and my hair has come out great each and every time. Highly recommend.

I went in right after Christmas for a haircut and color, and chose this place because of their hours and because they do women’s hair here. The shop is older, but clean and the owner, Joanne, was super friendly and made sure she knew what style I wanted and how that style works with my hair type. I got a haircut and bangs and she lightened my dark, virgin hair to a light brown (2 days later, I haven’t had fading or much damage). Overall, an excellent experience. Would recommend and return.

Great haircut, friendly service, reasonable price. The barber has over 10 years of experience, is specialized in Flat Top and Fade, is very good with kids and handles women haircut, too.
