horrible if i could give them 0 stars i would. i went in with my mother twice i wont being going back. the workers are so rude unbelievable. i have yet to see a dunkin donuts like this gross. my mom asked the lady for sugar and it took her forever to give it. i know every other dunkin donuts has it on the counter available for customers. even though this is close by my house i wont be going back.

How does a donut shop not have donuts?!? Very small selection at 3pm and only 1 kind of munchkins.
The service was fine for us. They got our order ready quick, and it was of the usual DD quality.
I just can’t rate an establishment well that doesn’t produce what they’re known for. I’d stop here for coffee again, but not if I wanted donuts.

As others have stated I hardly ever go to this location even though it’s close to my home because the workers are so rude. Do they not realize there is another DD up the hill.
Anyway went there on ¹⁰⁄₆ to pick up donuts for back to school night. They had no donuts left. (Not 1!!!) and there was only about 15 pumpkin munchkins. I was so annoyed I actually asked the girl and how does that happen. She the asked if I still wanted my ice tea. I’m like no I don’t and walked out. I’ll NEVER go back! I only went to begin with bc I stopped at the nearby gas station first.

This is the closest DD to our house but as previous poster said I refuse to go here anymore. I have patience and tolerate a lot. But being rude to a customer is going to make me go elsewhere. I was behind a customer that the older man obvious knew so as I approached the counter for my turn, he was continuing his conversation with they guy that was in front of me. This went on for a good 2 – 3 minutes… and a line was forming behind me now. I said my order: large coffee with cream, no sugar and a regular strawberry coolatta, no whip cream. He must have repeated my order 3 times and could not get the right cup size?

Staffs in the morning are amazingly kind and helpful. However, this old man in the daytime is extremely rude! Will never go back again period.
