Would never recommend this builder to anyone, unless they want to wait almost a year for a house to finish building or receive notices from subcontractors for unpaid bills threatening us to take legal action for our builders’ mistakes. We as new homeowners should be enjoying our new home rather than worry about getting billed… and so far we’ve gotten 2 unpaid bills from 2 different contractors because our builders never paid them. This is highly unprofessional. We ao regret dealing with these guys.
