terrible service & just plain rude. I had to go back because they didn’t mention paperwork and later told me I needed it. scam to get more money and have your car stuck there for additional daily costs. Purposely ignoring incoming phone calls and saying they weren’t important. very poor service.

I’ve NEVER paid so much for a short distance tow. I asked for a tow from one town to the town right over not even 3 miles away, and these guys asked for $ 200, I’m amazed they have any customers at all.

this place freaking sucks… poor service poor communications. like wtf…1st of all the lady they have seating at the front desk has an attitude as soon as u walk in… she talks so low that u cant hear her and when you ask her to repeat herself she has an attitude… and then its another wait just for them to go and get your car… then the person thats getting the car. wants u to wait after he finish eating to bring me my car… like…they are super suck over here

Agree with other reviewers as well but adding that they are leeches and vultures that prey on peoples misfortunes. Don’t let them bully you into towing to their facility. They charge $ 25 per calendar day so if you get into an accident at 11:00PM and they tow your car to their lot you pay $ 25 for that day and $ 25 for each day until you retrieve it.
They are Highway robbers… literally
