Prices are $ 1 – 2 higher than other liquor stores. They have old beer in the cold section such as summer seasonal selections. I haven’t bought a bottle of wine that wasn’t dusty so don’t be surprised if older wines have turned or have started to turn. 2 stars because you can play the Lotto and the staff is nice.

This place is horrible all around. However, today’s experience was extraordinarily bad. My boyfriend and I are frequent customers, and today we bought two bottles of wine and some beer. As we were leaving, my boyfriend went to help a delivery man come in the door with his boxes and in the process our bag hit the door and shattered a bottle of wine. Instead of refunding us for the bottle or giving us a new one, since it happened while we were helping THEM, they made us pay for the replacement. Not only that but the manager of the shift was rude about the whole thing and said that since it happened outside the doorway, it was no longer their responsibility. TERRIBLE customer service, especially for people who frequent the place. Boycott has now begun.

I suppose a well-stocked liquor store doesn’t even have to try to provide customer service… but ignoring a customer knocking at the door locked 10 minutes before closing time? Christmas week? Not nice. There a number of locally accessible specialty stores as well as a large«chain» store nearby, which I will now go to.

Andre the owner is great. He can always get what you need even if they do not ordinarly stock it. Helpful staff, even bringing cartons out to your car and great prices too!

In honor of small business Saturday I bought my boss’s Xmas present from this store. I knew it would be a few dollars more… But not $ 9 more for one bottle! I went to return it and I got the run around. First I was told that they could only process cash returns, then there was an unwritten policy, then that only the owner can process credit card returns.(But the clerks didn’t know when the«boss would be in again»). I called and made sure he was there and came back the next day. The owner refused to return my merchandise(practically called me a liar for saying I got it for the price I did). He started to lecture me(seriously. He wanted me to stand there and LISTEN to him go on and on about other customers he refused returns from). When I interrupted to ask if he was going to take my return he said«no!» He was rude, has shady business practices and should really look into that rodent smell right by the register. Needless to say, I’m having my credit card company dispute it and I won’t be shopping there again. Small businesses are supposed to offer superb customer service. Obviously this store didn’t get the memo.

I came here at 9:58pm, no joke! The doors were locked but they let me in and said I had 2 minutes. As soon as i turned my head to see the selection I got dizzy with how much this place had to offer. Two minutes would never be enough here :( They have the dogfishhead you cannot find anywhere else along with a wonderful selection of other craft beer(local/imported/domestic) they’ve got it all! As if the impressive beer selection wasn’t good enough they went ALLOUT with the most amazing assortment of spirits. Oh and btw all this is very reasonably priced some even cheaper than my go to for liquor… gonna be making the treck here more often!

This liquor store is a few blocks from my house and I absolutely love it. They have everything I could ever want or need and things I don’t. I think they’re prices are fair and the staff are friendly and helpful. There’s street parking out front or a lot in the back.
