Oh my gosh, what a relief! I just got off the phone with Diane, and I feel like I am in good hands. I’ve never done a longish-​distance move (L.A. to Kern County) by myself before, so I am very apprehensive about how to even start a move like this. Diane was so warm, friendly, and comforting on the phone, and exuded an air of confidence, experience, and competence. She is getting in touch with an associate in Long Beach to see if he can coordinate a move for me on or about my preferred moving date, and I’m very optimistic that everything is going to go smoothly.
