My mum just told me a horror story about her experience here today. She asked a cashier for assistance and the cashier did not know the answer and asked a manager the question I think, and the manager was SO incredibly rude to my mother with zero professionalism and and a completely arrogant answer that didn’t relate to the question asked at all. Yikes. I would have a serious look at store management and who you want representing your brand, Jo Anne’s Fabrics!

Nice clean and organized store. Staff is helpful and pleasant. Make sure to remember your coupons and check out the current ad when shopping. You can use both electronic and paper coupons and they event accept competitors coupons from places like Michaels and hobby lobby. Military and teacher discounts offered too(even homeschool teachers eligible for teacher discount card)
