Corny’s Shoe Store

Corny’s is where Range/​Base workers get their military-​grade steel toe boots and other types of footwear required for their line of work. I know that they supply local military contractors while still keeping their prices fair. This is a family business, and the owner’s son is usually there to help you out (I think his name is Bret). He’s a neat guy who bonded with my husband over their shared love of street/​Euro bicycles and bike parts.
Corny’s has a small range of sport, hiking and casual footwear for men and women. I bought a pair of New Balance light hikers a few months ago. The top fabric eyelet on one shoe broke immediately when my husband pulled the lace through it, so we told Bret and he immediately placed an order for a brand new pair, which were delivered to the store within a week.
Great customer service! Would recommend to anyone in need of outdoor/​utility footwear in town.
