I would not recommend this place for new phones. I went to get a new phone and I got the iphone C in a plain white box (not the apple iphone box) they also gave me an off brand charger that when I read the box it states they are not responsible damage or defects with any phone. in addition, no earphones came with the phone. I read the hidden review and it just confirms my suspicions that this owner is not on the up and up. Be careful of these Verizon retail stores, they look slightly different from the real thing, but obviously are getting and giving some sketchy stuff. I am going to head to a real Verizon store to see if they can fix this mess I got myself into. I think I may even go to the BBB website and file a formal complaint.
