Louis fixed all my computer problems in 2 days! I was ready to replace the desktop with a new computer! He saved me $ 500! And he was very professional and courteous!

I go in initially to show my phone screen to see if it can be replaced; was told it would be $ 80. I go back in not even two weeks later with my same iPhone 5S and the price would now be $ 90.
I’m told it would take less than an hour; I dropped it off at 12:15 pm, I get a call back at 1:32 pm; thankfully for me the place isn’t too far of a drive.
He explains that the screen cannot be placed all the way down because of my frame being damaged but with a case the phone will be fine.
As my phone case is being put on, there is a crack at the bottom of the screen right below the home button. The guy swore that it happened as he was putting the case on just now and so much pressure being applied to the screen. I asked if he had another screen to fix it because I did not wish to have a crack in the screen if I’m paying for a brand new screen. He exclaimed that he did not and that he would give me $ 30 off of what he initially charged when I dropped the phone off.
Needless to say I am not pleased and will not return; thankful for apple care and will just pay the price there.

The products are primarily used but have been repaired where needed and are all in very good condition. If you’re in the market for a second system or don’t have to have the newest item on the market check this place out. I’m a customer for life!
