I spoke to the owner on the phone and he went into a lot of detail about what he could and couldn’t promise in terms of repairing two pieces in my bedroom set. Both pieces are dressers, and one had two deep scratches that were around 3 – 4 inches long each. The other dresser had nail polish remover spilled on the top, and the wood was totally eaten away in a spot about the size of a digital alarm clock.(I had one covering it.) The damage was caused by an awful moving company, who admitted they did the damage(showed me right when it happened) and then refused to pay for it or fix it. All My Sons. NEVER use them. The owner did the work himself and he did an excellent job. He told me several times that he couldn’t promise that it would be perfect, but it looks totally perfect to me. On top of that, the two repairs were only $ 300 total. Another company quoted me $ 500. AND he fixed all my drawers, which had not closed for years. A couple of them were off track and required a drill to remove and fix, and there was clothing stuck behind them that I couldn’t get out and that caused them not to close. Highly recommend this company!

I found Jason through HomeAdvisor to reupholster my late father-in-law’s chair and ottoman. I chose Jason based on reviews, and could not be happier with the results. There were no surprises when working with Jason. He is reliable, professional and pleasant. He picked up the chair and ottoman and brought it back to our home, when he said he would. We requested a minor modification which he did with no question or delay. I have already recommended Jason to some folks, and encourage you to try his services!

We have several antiques in our home that were handed down from generation to generation on my husband’s side of the family. One is an old rocking chair that needed reupholstering as well as repairs to the joints and removal of water stains. Jason came out to our home in a very timely manner, assessed the chair, gave us a reasonable price, and took the chair away for repairs. He returned the chair to our home approx. 30 days later(as promised). It looks fantastic! beautiful job in all aspects. Additionally, Jason repaired a large«what-not» shelf, also an antique and according to family, once belonged to Jefferson Davis. A portion of wood scrolling had broken off during our move to Richmond. Jason repaired the piece in our home and you can’t tell it was ever broken. I would highly recommend the Weathersby Guild for all your furniture repair needs!
