This place is very warm and inviting. They made me feel at home the moment I walked in the door. Great massage and best (first) acupuncture experience. She could feel my trouble spots without me saying a word. I have been a horseback rider most of my life and never have I been able to walk away from a chiropractic or massage without still feeling some discomfort until today. I’ve been seeing Kenzie for a few months now, and I’m completely thrilled that I found her. She is really quite talented. I love her use of massage cupping for my nasty shoulder knots. She really tries to personalize her massages to her client’s needs. Each time I go, I feel like my massage is slightly different. Kenzie has turned her space Carytown into a really darling, relaxing spot. Each time I leave, I’m immediately looking forward to the next time I get to treat myself to another visit. I cannot imagine anyone would ever leave disappointed. Kenzie is clearly well trained and she has definitely developed her techniques.

Today I got a great massage from Kenzie at Vitality LLC. She used multiple different techniques during the session. My favorite was the massage cupping that felt great. A very nice salon conveniently located in Carytown.
Also, I used the Unilocal deal and paid $ 75 for a $ 100 voucher!

I had a massage with cupping with Kenzie. Oh my goodness! I admit I had been kind of wary beforehand, as I am kind of a wimp when it comes to pressure, and I was worried the cupping might be uncomfortable. I was so wrong. Kenzie was very professional and knowledgeable, explaining that she can customize the pressure with the cups. It was SO relaxing. I absolutely loved having it done on my face. I basically left here a puddle of goo; it was that good!
The space is a nice little oasis nestled among the hustle and bustle of Carytown. Very beautiful, very serene, and very conducive to relaxation. I will definitely be back, and I recommend this service to anyone and everyone!

I got a massage from Kenzie last week and added the Medi-​Massage Cupping and Massage Cupping with Magnets at her suggestion for a knee issue I’ve been struggling with for several years. I begin training for my first half marathon next week and really hoped to be feeling better with this issue before beginning the training. If I didn’t believe in miracles before the treatment I SURE DO NOW. I felt immediate relief in both knees and at my cross training workouts I am feeling stronger and steadier with all types of lunged and square (which have been near impossible for me in recent months). Cupping was a great compliment to my massage… I HIGHLY recommend Vitality in Carytown!
