Michelle did a mediocre job cleaning my home. I have at least 12 pics of basic spaces that weren’t even touched. When I called to discuss she said «I don’t have time to argue with you what do you want». We agreed on partial refund. It’s been just at two months and Michelle continues to blow me off. First, she would mail refund, it got «lost «in the mail; she was going to send it Walmart Money Gram; and most recent, she was going to send it Western Union. She is not honest nor is she a professional cleaner. Don’t waste your time, find professionals.
