We’ve ordered from Tsing Tao for years. Even when we lived in E.C. the food came hot and with a smile. Now that we live practically within walking distance our orders arrive with lightening speed. Love the appetizer sampler, and salt n pepper anything! Difficult to go wrong with their menu. It’s all top rate. We tip at least 20% and feel it’s worth it to be able to enjoy delicious food, brought to our door. (You’d tip, I hope, that much in a restaurant, and delivery is so much better than table service!)

If you’re looking for lots of food at a cheap price on a weekday night. This place is for you. They have many items to choose from in their menu. My favorite is the mongolian chicken and fried rice. Orange chicken is great too. The egg drop and chicken soup is good too. They have combos. Like dinner for 2 or 6? Definately recommend.

Don’t judge a book by its cover… or location. Great place, great food, nice people. Solid choice for chinese and much better than most places. Their lunch specials are really reasonably priced and you get a good amount of great food. The szechwan shrimp is particularly good.

We’ve lived 5 minutes away from this place for so long and never thought to stop by, biggest mistake ever! This place is a true hidden jewel! The deco is humble and modest, but don’t let it scare you away, the food is completely worth the visit. We ordered the spicy tofu, orange chicken, Singapore noodles, dragon beef, and crab puffs. All divine! My favorite was the spicy tofu. The serve coronas and Heineken aside from the soft drinks. We went on a Friday night and from the moment we stepped in to the moment we left, the phone were ringing off the hook with delivery orders. Even one of the waitresses had to help deliver. It was CRAZY good!!!

Well it has been some time since my last review and after avoiding this place and trying out many others, we decided to give them one more shot awhile back. I am so glad we did!
Now we have been getting take-out from them again for over a year. My favorites are the dragon beef and hot braised chicken. The chow mein is yummy now and although everything is a little greasy, it still beats in flavor all other local Chinese food places around. They also deliver to a large area and give you free soda if you order over a certain amount. Very nice people too! It’s not a gourmet Chinese food place but its grubbin and they deliver. We are fans once again!

The food was boring. I ordered the dinner for two and the fried rice was soggy and the general chicken wasn’t flavorful. Wonton soup was decent. The wrist pay the delivery man asked TWICE about a tip… super tacky. All in all don’t waste your time, there’s better out there!

My family and I have overlooked this place for so many years and we could kick ourselves. We have been looking for a really good Chinese food place for a while and have always found a problem with everything we found until now. I found a flyer on my door and decided to give it a try after checking it out on Unilocal.I have ordered delivery twice and both times it has been super delicious.
My top favorite is the Salt and pepper prawns. You get 10 in an order and they are spicy, salty, great garlic, hot and crunchy. I would be happy with that and some rice.
The beef fried rice is simple and delicious, not super greasy but nice and fluffy. Sesame chicken is another one of my favorites touch sweet but not too much you can tell I have a thing for fried foods.
Delivery is prompt and they are really nice. I’ll have to come in one of these days for lunch

If you’re looking for some yummy takeout Chinese food that is similar to Chinese food on the east coast, this is the place you’ll want to go. I’ve been to many take out places here in the east bay that were HORRIBLE, bland and downright disgusting. I’m not sure why Chinese take out is so different and horrible here in California (specifically the general tso chicken). Now I’ve finally found my go to Chinese take out place and I couldn’t be happier! Sadly on my first order I dropped my beautiful BBQ pork fried rice on the floor. It’ll take me awhile to recover from this tragic loss. The only thing I would suggest is giving delivery customers the regular Chinese take out cartons instead of the plastic trays. There would have been less casualties in the «rice dropping» accident.

I avoid this place. I live within their marketing area. I have THREE signs on my porch that say: NO ADS — NO SOLICITORS yet these people REGULARLY drop their menus on my door or porch.
I figure if they can’t read THREE signs, they also can’t read recipes or labels.
Who knows what is in their food?
Also: Every time they leave their ILLEGAL ads (illegal because my city ordinance they must leave ads if I have a sign posted), I phone them. They make me promises but it happens repeatedly.

If you want cheap, decent food and don’t care about atmosphere then come here. Since it’s right off the I-80 freeway it’s in perfect position to order takeout and go.
The majority appear to be takeout or delivery but it’s ok if you eat here too. I’ve been here a few times over the years and the food has improved. There’s nothing fancy and unfortunately no special requests (that I’ve succeeded). The Combo Won Ton soup is good with a bit of everything in the kitchen thrown in. Singapore rice noodles dish is tasty with curry. No MSG.
The waitress (possibly daughter of the owner) is nice and personable and said they have a new chef.
Still, a fairly solid Chinese takeout place with a decent $ 6 lunch menu. Too bad they locked their parking lot which makes it a bit harder.

Just ordered for delivery and I am very satisfied tonight! Map says we live about 17 minutes away and we received our order in 30 mins. Which is a plus since grubhub had predicted an 1 – 1.10 hour. My food was hot and steaming when we received it, and I love my food hot. The fried rice was nothing special but the crab cream cheese puffs and the dragon beef were so good! Also gave us some free sesame balls! 5 stars from me.

I used grubhub when ordering and had a good experience every time.
I also take advantage of the lunch specials because they are good priced and you get a lot of food :)

I ordered via Grub Hub and when the food came, the plastic container that one of my dishes came in broke throw the bottom because the food was scalding hot. All the sauce was at the bottom of the bag and pieces of plastic were all throughout the food and made it impossible to eat.

Dude. We ordered a medium tray of chicken wings to go to take with us to a New Years party. I can’t vouch for the other food, but I can vouch for those chicken wings. They stole the show – perfectly salty and crunchy and delicious with this awesome Chinese slaw at the bottom with some jalapeño.
A bit of a bummer – I called the day before to order and confirmed that I would pick up at 11 am the next day and when we got there at 11:05 – she had forgotten so we had to wait for 20 minutes. CHICKEN WINGS WERE WORTH THE WAIT THOUGH.
The other people waiting for their pickup also had delicious smelling food.
