The only reason I am giving 1 star is because I have to give something. Otherwise, it would haven been 0 stars. I will say this, back in the day, I would hit T’s Tires up for my used tires. But after this experience, I will never do business with them again. On 8÷29÷12, I went to get my 2 front tires replaced on my 09 Chevy Malibu. My car has a Tire Pressure Monitor System(TPMS) that keeps track of my air pressure. I’m not going to mention any names, but the guy who did my change tampered with one of my sensors & it stopped working. I talked to a manager, who advised me they would fix the problem, but they had to get the part from someone in Mechanicsville. I had to provide my phone number 3x so they would call me, and guess what, I never received a phone call at all. In fact, I ended up having to get the part fixed myself through PepBoys. After the incident, I am trying to get reimburse for PepBoys having to fix their mistake. I continue to get the run-around saying the guy who put the tires on has to give me the money. Now, as a business, I don’t understand why does the customer have to chase down the guy who did the tire change. To me, the business should reimburse me for the work & then deal with the guy themselves since it’s their employee. I have never heard anything like that. To this day as I am submitting this review, I still haven’t been compensated for going out to get the repair complete. It’s to the point I reported T’s Tire to the BBB. If you need used tires, go anywhere else other than T’s Tire.
