Sent three buy orders month later still not received any payout. Theirs phones have been down the entire time so either a good way to avoid talking to customers or they fix their phone system as well as they pay for product. Sell your stuff somewhere else!

Online shooper-It’s decently affordable for what I usually buy, and they have some rare collectibles.
It’s a bit slow, but they’re a niche store with a high volume of orders, I can deal.

Their prices on Pokemon singles are like a sine wave — time your purchase right, and you could get a steal. Unfortunately, shipping is pricey and usually slow. They’re also pretty lax about condition — their near mint cards are usually closer to lightly played. And while they usually respond quickly to emails, they copy & paste stock responses to get you off their back. Being such a huge company, they have lots of orders to move, which may explain some of the delays. Overall, a decent place to shop.

The online store has a very good variety in stock and the prices are pretty decent if not cheap. If you’re not ordering single cards, shipping can get pretty expensive. Orders take at least 2 weeks to be delivered and often get delayed so if you’re not in a hurry, you can order here.
About shipping, watch out because the rates have changed on me quite a few times while putting my cart together. The shipping can be $ 1+ more if you wait just one day. You also should check out what shipping method you’re using frequently because it’s gone from the cheapest method to the most expensive just by going from my cart to checkout. This still happens even when I use their feature «favorite shipping method»
What about pleasing the customers? They’re not into it. Except for cheap prices on a lot of their items, you should’t look for quality performance. I ordered a «lot» of Heroclix figures because I was starting up the game. Out of the 21 ordered, I received 6 different figures, the rest were duplicates (don’t buy their lots). Everything appeared to be literally thrown into the box and 1 figure out of my order was even broken.
Overall, the only things I like about the store are the item prices and the variety. However, if you’re looking for cheap single cards (that change in price) for your tournament in a month or two, this is the store for you.
