Hired the Grout Guys to tile my downstairs bathroom. The estimate was below what I had planned to spend, which made my pocketbook happy. Overall, happy with the work and customer service.

Terrible lack of professionalism. They charged $ 400 to repair broken tile and offered to pick up some tile to match (not perfectly) the install job was terrible and then the owner blamed me. The are BBB rated as a company but not this shoddy franchisee. No wonder he demands payment by check right away so you can’t reverse the charge for the shoddy work. I filed with the BBB.
