The customer service at this or any of the Stones Ace Hardwares is out of this world. It’s hard to get 20 ft into the place without being asked what they can help you find.
Selection of products is pretty good although from time to time they won’t have something and you’ll have to make a run to the big box store.

I am a fan of this place. It’s really the only hardware store in Richmond. The staff is super friendly and you’ll always find what you need. The reason for 4 out of 5 is the quality of a lot of the Ace products are lacking. They are cheaply made compared to what you can get in Craftsman or Stanely for example.
