Unprofessional all around. My original appointment was canceled by Mr. Stepp an hour and a half before the inspection. Against my better judgement, we rescheduled for the next week. I arrive at the house to be inspected and 10 minutes past the scheduled appointment time go by, 20 mins, 30 mins and no Mr. Stepp. We call, we text, and all go ignored. He still has not bothered to call back for an explanation, apology, to reschedule. People make arrangements for these types of things, I’ve missed hours of work for both scheduled appointments for absolutly nothing and he has put me two weeks behind on getting an inspection so I can close on my house. It’s just bad business. Stay away from the Stepp brothers if you need a timely inspection.

Step by Stepp did a pre-​sale home inspection for me in December. Kenny was on time, courteous, professional and allowed me to shadow him while he inspected. He explained to me the things that he found that I needed to fix before putting my house on the market. Since I was able to address these issues before I put my house on the market I was able to close quickly and sold for full price. Thanks Kenny!!!
