This is the best Starbucks ever! Everyone who works here is amazing! So friendly, kind, and generous. They take the time to ask you about your day and genuinely care. My drink is always correct, delivered quickly, and with a smile. My only wish is that they would expand to a larger location, other than that keep up the good work! Cheers

The typical Starbucks but this location is overwhelmingly busy with mall workers, shoppers, travelers, etc.
The baristas are friendly.
This location doesn’t have the clover machine. Otherwise, it does have all of the Starbucks offerings available for this region.

It’s a standard Starbucks experience multiplied times 2 or 3 in terms of a long line that people actually wait 30 minutes to get their drink. If I weren’t with my niece who was dying for a frappucino, I wouldn’t have waited in that long line.

This Starbucks has very high turnover and it definitely shows. The barista seemed to be in a bad mood because her coworker wasn’t helping her and the caramel frappachino was bland. I think i’ll try Godiva’s treffelata next time.

Terrible service. Rude baristas. I would I’ve them 0 stars if I could. I was just in there and waited about 15 minutes while other people got their oatmeal and coffee and crap ahead of me. They said that their printer was down. No one told me that and so I had to flag someone down to tell them that I had been waiting. The barista didn’t even apologize. Nice. Support your locally owned coffee shop instead. No more Starbucks for me.

Traverse City, MI
Its Starbucks which means you should know what you are getting and you know what you can expect. Its both a good thing and bad about going to a chain.
However, the staff is very friendly and make the best of a nasty situation. The Starbucks is the only one in the mall and they are constantly over crowded. Short Pump has this disgusting infestation of flies in the mall. With all that said the staff is still very friendly and fairly quick in getting your order to you. Plus this happens to be one of those really, really small stores too.

Not a bad Starbucks. Service is always good, although they have messed up my drink a few times. Doesn’t really matter to me, though as long as it 90% resembles what I wanted.
The selection of non-​coffee goods (cups, mugs) isn’t very extensive here. Also, since it’s in Short Pump Mall, it’s always crowded.
If you feel like treating yourself, get a Marshmallow Dream Bar. I called it a Rice Krispie treat to the cashier, but he knew what I meant. :) They are surprisingly chewy and soft. I’ve gotten several over the course of a few visits so it can’t be a fluke … right?
