South Grand at Pecan Grove

The only things I like about living here are the price, location, and the pool. Terrible service for maintenance, no communication between maintenance people and the office, these apartments are old and foundation is sagging and there is mold. The carpet in my apartment smells like wet dog, which they have never corrected. The day I moved in they had just cleaned the carpet so it smelled like cleaner. As soon as that went away it began to smell like urine and wet dog. I had a water leak in the wall leaking into the living room and it took them 6 days to come and repair it. Before they even opened the wall to see what was leaking, I asked what was taking so long to come and repair it. They told me that they needed to «order a part». If they don’t even know what the problem is, how can they order a part to fix it? The drain pipe under my sink has been leaking for 5 days now and they still have not come to fix it. Do not live here, you will regret it. You get what you pay for.

I do believe this complex is being reviewed by non-​residents who don’t like living near persons who don’t own real property.
I lived here for four years and can assure anyone interested that there are no «hoodlums» of any kind playing music at any volume. There are no loud parties going on at any time. If there are drug deals occurring in the parking lot, they’re not recognizable as drug deals to non-​customers of drugs.
I do find it hilarious that so many people’s home ownership is sullied by having to live near, of all things, an apartment complex. I shudder to think what might happen if a bus stop ever came to exist within five hundred miles of Pecan Grove.

Lived here for three years only cause the rent was cheap, but you get what you pay for. Office management is terrible. Constant water main breaks leaving residents with no running water for hours even as long as a day, and power outages.
I do not recommend living here.

Moved here in may I like they have two pools, you get one free covered parking spot. I don’t like how there is only one entrance they need more than one entrance but I do like the neighborhood it’s very quiet and relaxing here at pecan Grove South grand

I personally enjoyed living here and I know that they are the best for the money. They are cheaper, but still nice. I don’t like that the management changes so often, but that comes with alot of apartments.
Be aware of foundation problems! Just make sure you ask about this before moving in. I have noticed recently that they have been working on the foundation,
The maintenance crew is awesome!
BUT, my a/​c unit was not that great and they wouldn’t truly fix it. They would just temporarily fix it and I would eventually have to call back again. But, they were prompt.
The apartment location is my least favorite. Takes FOREVER to get out of apartments and subdivision.
Nice area though, safe, clean, great for my son.
