Sophisticated Styles

The recent crochet braids I received has turned me away from them for life. My appt. started off well but after it was over it turned bad. First I booked my appt. on styleseat. I was told that it was going to cost $ 110. But I got charged way more than that on styleseat. But the worse part was that all side braids started falling out the next day. Stylist in the past have added hair, she did not.
The back braid came loose first, mind you it was less than 8 hours after my appt. By the end of the day the side one came out. Then pretty much the cycle of things becoming loose continued. My crochet braids look a hot mess.
I texted her to tell her what was happening. I got many apologies and her offer to fix it and I was even willing to work around her busy work schedule. After 2 cancellations and failure to return any text or phone calls, my hair isn’t fix. And I’m out $ 156 dollars and that’s not including hair that i had to buy.
I am so fustrated and unhappy with what happened. I do not recommend crochet braids from her. If you want to walk around with hair falling out all over the place that’s up to you.
