We have used this business for years. Everyone is very nice and knowledgable. If you need custom lumber or trim, especially hardwoods, this is exactly where you need to go!

I called in with some questions about a window replacement. The lady that answered the phone first was pleasant and polite, however the guy in mill work that she transferred me to was condescending and rude. He made me feel like I should know all the anatomy of a window and the fact that I don’t he spoke down to me. He would not give me and ball park numbers on cost even though I specifically stated that I knew they would not be 100% accurate. Over all it was a wasted 10 minute conversation and I do not plan to ever do business here. I assume others at this business are much easier to deal with since this place is still in operation.
