My air central conditioning unit was not functioning. I contacted my warranty company who in turn contracted with SERVICE PRO’S OF VIRGINIA, INC.
To repair my unit. The repair man came out Friday and claimed that he fixed the unit at 3pm. At 6:30 pm, I called because no cool air was blowing through my vents, and my house was still 92 degrees. No one bothered to call me back, so I contacted the warranty company again, and they created another work order. Finally, SERVICE PRO’S OF VIRGINIA, INC.
Called me back on Monday after I called them again. They didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience or attempt to come back out Monday, but instead made another appointment for Tuesday. It remains to be seen whether they repair my unit or not!
