Before tonight, I genuinely believed that it was impossible to screw up pizza… I have never been more wrong.
Little Caesars, Dominoes, and even DiGiorno are superior to the $ 30 Carnaval we got from this place.
Our pizza was soggy, limp, and completely undercooked. My boyfriend and I took one bite and we both lost our appetites, which is extremely upsetting because we waited hours for this.
Please don’t repeat our mistake, save $ 25 and go to a drive thru.

I placed a large order for delivery, yesterday. I ordered the veal parmigiana dinner with pasta, a carne asada burrito, meat lovers calzone and mozzarella sticks. I should have known I was going to have a problem with this food as soon as I caught a smell. The smell was bad but I decided to give the veal dinner a try. The veal was incredibly tough and it was difficult to cut through it to get a taste. Once I did I realized the awful smell was from the marinara sauce. In less then a minute after swallowing I was running to the bathroom to send the mouthful where it truly belonged. Since I realized the marinara was also on the side of the pasta I just threw the whole dinner away.
After a while I felt better and decided to try the burrito. While the burrito was hot (which I like) I was hoping for something good. I took a couple of bites of the burrito. I was extremely dry. I had to follow each bite with a lot of water to be able to swallow it. I then threw the burrito away.
The mozzarella sticks were just the kind you can get in the freezer section of any grocery, They tasted ok but they were served with a side of the horrible marinara sauce. I threw the sauce away and heated up some Hunts marinara I had at home. This improved the taste of the sticks.
To the restaurants credit. The delivery came at exactly the time it was expected and the delivery driver was very nice. Unfortunately, a nice delivery person did not make up for the food. I will not be ordering from them again.

Love the staff and the food. Philly cheesesteaks sandwich is on hit! Love this place. Pizza is good too. Great prices as well.

The nachos are way over priced for how DISGUSTING they are. Do not order from here. I would give this place zero stars it took them and hour and a half to deliver me shit in a tray

DO NOT EAT HERE!
I have ordered from here a hand full of times while visiting friends. But I would only get the thin crust as the regular crust made me feel like it triggered an automatic gluten allergy due to it’s bread-​y thickness.
They got my order wrong the last time by giving me the nasty thick crust which I absolutely will not eat– but I didn’t realize it until I arrived at my destination. I called to see if they could replace my order and due to the horrible customer service from Sandra I told her I wanted my money back. She told me to come with the whole pizza, so I did. When I got there she told me all she could do is re make it. WTF?! While I was standing there the «cooks» were fiddling with a broken (unscrewed) accessory speaker when one of them fumbled and dropped it right on top of a pizza! They both laughed then one grabbed it (of course after the 5 second rule was up) put it in his pocket, and they continued to handle the pizzas without even thinking about washing their hands!!!
Need I say more?
How dare you Richmond Pizza!

Absurdly terrible. Fettuccine carbonara was swimming in an inch of grease, mozzarella sticks were decent (hard to get breaded cheese wrong) though cold and obviously came frozen from Sysco or Costco or something, tiramisu was also decent but still frozen in the middle and obviously also Sysco or Costco. Ludicrously overpriced (got those three items and ended up spending about $ 50) and our order took 2 hours to get to our hungry, tired selves (45 minutes longer than the estimate!) We thought it would be relatively quick since the address listed on Grubhub is only a mile from my house but, as lots of other people have mentioned, it turns out it’s 15 miles away in Richmond! We definitely would not have ordered from them if we knew that. Waste of our time and money — should have just driven to Taco Bell!

I should have trusted the reviews.
Order Delivery:
Cheeseburger — No Cheese and the burger was dry
French Fries — under cooked and soggy
Chicken Quesadilla — Chicken was dry and it was accompanied by lettuce, tomato, onions and pickles… weird
Next time I’m craving junk food I’ll just go to McDonald’s or Taco Bell.

Just don’t do it.

This is the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. I am not a pizza expert, I am not a pizza god but I will tell you that’s one hell of an achievement.
My friend and I ordered at around 1 am it arrived close to 3 am. The pizza was not fully cooked, everything about it screamed food poisoning and death. The meat on top was underdone, the ingredients most likely frozen.
It is a testament to height of mediocrity that they have achieved that a nearly black out drunk person will not eat their food.
Order Dominoes.

Gross food. Pizza and eggplant parm are decent, but in general the food is greasy, bland, and overall just bad. Also they severely mess up the order every time. I’ve tried them twice now but won’t be ordering from them again.

Called to place an order for the first time & the girl was extremely rude. When I asked what the specials for their pizzas were, she had an unnecessary amount of attitude which continued the entire time of placing my order. Then she said she would call back to confirm my order and hung up. Soon after, I called back to cancel my order due to her lack of DECENT customer service, in which she replied «Yea I never placed your order»
I have worked in customer service for YEARS! Her unnecessary attitude was uncalled for especially when I did nothing to provoke that kind of behavior. SMH. Don’t work in customer service if you cannot help customers appropriately.

The pizza is really good but they are always late. This time around I gave them a half hour before I really needed them and they are still late. They need to take into account the traffic and everything else. I always end up ordering a big order.

Order Delivery for the first time tonight.
First, the girl who picked up the phone was very short and rude, no matter how polite I was.
Second, she told me 45 minute delivery, but my food didn’t arrive for and hour and 35minutes.
Third, the chicken in my burrito didn’t not taste seasoned or even cooked all the way. There was almost no favor what so ever. Not even edible.
I’ve never had their pizza, and that’s their main thing so I can’t rate that, but I can definitely say they should not be making burritos.

Terrible customer service calling them to place a order got a young girl who doesn’t take her job serious. Really rude then had the nerve to get loud on the phone. Needless to say found a much better pizza place then this place that girl needs some better training on how to talk to customers who’s making them business and keeping her loud/​rude butt employed

july 7, 2015 around 12:45am. My boyfriend and I had a hankering for pizza. I was excited to see that this place was still open for delivery and the prices are good too. So I order from grubhub and I put in my info and it says a hour and a half wait! Well we werent expecting to stay up this long so I called to cancel. Let me just say, the girl answering the phones is the rudest person I have ever spoken with, Cutting me off, getting annoyed with me and basically hanging up on me. I am still curious about the food though but her attitude kinda turned me off sadly.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
Not only did they mess up my order but the food they did send was liquidy and disgusting, I couldn’t get through it without gagging.

Ouch. Just lost a long time customer. I have been ordering from San Francisco Pizza Company for years. Both from my old residence in Pinole and current residence in El Sobrante. Even as the times have changed and the prices have gone up I have always frequented them for my late night Chicken Parmigana or Chicken Marsala dinners. Unfortunately that changed as of 5 minutes ago… My meal which has always met the $ 15 minimum requirement (and I tipped well for) is now shy by a few dollars. I was informed that the minimum is now $ 20 as of «last week». That’s too bad… especially since I ordered it less than a week ago and frequented the establishment regularly.
On the plus side the food is good hence why I would order from there, but if I am required to purchase more than I need or want then I won’t continue to place orders. If management changes this back to the old policy then you’ll have a customer back. Sorry SFPC.

Man i wish i can give this bs 2 thumbs down. The rude ass lady on the phone hung up on me. then she tried to overcharge me. When it clearly was cheaper online. food finally comes and its fuckn cold and i had 13 fries.5f. Which look like they chewed them and threw them in the box!
Never Again

Tonight I ordered half a baked chicken with rice, veggies, and rice. I also ordered a salad, but never got to it. The chicken was very good. It was cooked nicely and was nicely seasoned. The veggies were steamed and also nicely seasoned. The rice was great!
The bread was kind of nasty since it was warm before they wrapped it in plastic. The plastic made it wet.
I’d order from here again. I’m not sure what the pizza is like, but the chicken was great.
