I’ve come to this salon three times now and each visit has been better than most salons I’ve visited. This is a fairly busy salon during«peak nail times», I.e. Fridays and Sundays. One criticism is that their website claims this Parham location opens at 9am, in fact they open at 10am. The manicures I receive here last the longest, while only paying $ 25 for gel. I’ve paid more at other locations for sub par manicures and have decided to drive the extra 10 minutes for better quality. The salon itself is HUGE! There are several nail studios and even more pedicure chairs. And I believe they offer wine on Wednesdays for those of you interested! :) I highly recommend this salon!

You know how sometimes you cut one side of something too short so you have to keep cutting the other side to try to match? By the looks of my big toes, that’s apparently what happened here. I am leaving today with half a toenail and my poor little piggies are sore from all the nipping and gouging. My girlfriend loves this place because she can get acrylic powder as opposed to a gel manicure, because ya know, who wants finger cancer from the uv lights? This is my second time here and this visit wasn’t any better than the first time. The place is clean. I think it’s been undergoing renovations because some of the walls still aren’t finished, the back where they do the pedicures is very empty and it looks like they are transitioning it from something else. They have wine bottles on a shelf in the main area, so they must serve wine right? I wouldn’t know, no one asked me and I didn’t notice until I was leaving. My first visit was a Christmas gift, and the service was pretty basic. I was told my pedicure giftcard wasn’t enough to cover the basic service anymore so I would have to cover the rest. Ok, sure. Prices go up, but if she bought me a pedicure 2 weeks earlier, my thought would be that it’s good business to honor the service paid for. I’ve never owned a nail shop, so maybe that’s just how it is. My pedicure left a lot to be desired from cold water to rough handling. There are no tv’s and no distractions, but my nail pro didn’t speak outside of asking which service and for my card at the end. The prices are double what I’m used to for a service that, to me, was less than standard. To sum it up, I’m not a fan, and I doubt I will try for«third times the charm».

This is my favorite nail salon as I mentioned in my tip. I always come on a whim so I never have an appointment. They are always happy to see me and I have never had to wait. Each time I am here I have experienced friendly people who know what they are doing. This place pampers you. They have those big massaging chairs for pedicures. They have some semi private rooms for pedicures if you have a bunch of friends coming together. They now have a wine bar and it’s beautiful! They have really put a great deal of work into this space since they first opened it. Today, I had a beautiful pedicure and a relaxing manicure. Thanks to my nail tech, I’m not mentioning your name because I want to keep you for myself as much as possible, Thanks
