Royal Dermatology and Aesthetic Skin Care

Um hold on world my favorite aesthetician ever, Kathleen, just joined the practice. I pondered over disclosing this because I’d like her to be my best kept secret but I can’t keep her all to myself. I followed her over from a previous spa I used to go to and it was the best decision I have made.
She is so thoughtful and invested in all her clients and I so appreciate it. I have always seen her for custom facials and I know she is really evaluating the health and needs of my skin because she has done different treatments and always is super conscious to explain what I may or may not need for the visit or the season.
She has always had great product recommendations and has never been pushy. Always gives me tons of samples of what she has available, and encourages me to make sure I really like a product before I invest in a full purchase.
Seriously. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. And I can’t recommend her enough.

Made me wait over an hour before I could see a dermatologist. Enough said. First an hour in the waiting room and then more waiting in the examining room. Extenuating circumstances were such that I didn’t have time to reschedule with another doctor’s office. Also, the receptionist gave me attitude. Very unprofessional. I’ll never go back. If I could give it no stars, I would.

Beautiful office, professional staff and personal, detailed skin solutions tailored just for you. Among other issues, I suffered from back acne and wanted to wear my wedding gown without feeling embarassed. I received a series of glycolic peels that refreshed and softened my skin for the big day. Amazing!

Yea, Pam Royal’s pretty rude… patients and staff alike know that’s a fact. Avoid this lady’s bad attitude and take your business elsewhere. I can’t speak on anything but her acne treatment and I got 0 results with her. I get great results and much more respectful treatment from my current dermatologist.
