We brought our whole family and dogs. The KOA had friendly management personnel and was well maintained, with clean sites, bathrooms, and pool area. Aside from highway noise, this was a very comfortable and pleasant visit.

We enjoyed our stay here and found the campground to be above average, for being so close to an Interstate. The campground was very well maintained and the staff was very friendly, they ended up spend considerable time with Evelyn and Leona working on crafts!?! How cool is that? There is water, electric, and sewer hookup. There is cable TV but the channels are limited. There is WiFi but it is average, at best. Our two days here were good; this park is a perfect place for a few day layover. Would I recommend this park? Sure. Would we come back? Sure, for a day or two. Informational: We travel in a 36′ Class A RV.

Clean facilities and restrooms. But toilet paper was not stocked, which I found out once it was too late. Pool is small but nice. Nature trails are very nice, my dogs enjoyed them very much. Owners are hostile. I would give this place a 1-star review based on their attitudes alone, but that would be a disservice to the actually nice campgrounds they run. Numerous problems: Paid for 4 campers, but owners harassed our campers #3 and #4 on arrival anyways. Owner yelled at us for each arriving in our own car — we all work different shifts and arrived at significantly different times of day. All cars fit onto our campsite, but they demanded«we have an understanding» that we are never to bring multiple cars to their campsite again.(Don’t worry, we won’t be back!) When an unexpected 5th camper showed up, owners demanded we pay for a second campsite that we did not need or want. They settled for an extra $ 20(cash only, no receipt) to accommodate camper #5. Would have been cheaper for us to stay in a hotel. Owners also yelled at us for bringing two tents, and initially demanded we take one down. Our neighboring campers all had 8+ family members and nobody else had less than 2 tents per site, yet we were the only ones subjected to hostility. Bottom line: Irritable owners ruined our experience. If you’re in the area, I would highly recommend either Hannon’s Camp America(30 mins south) or the Natural Springs Resort(10 mins east)
