I wandered in looking for some more supplies of my wine making and perhaps some gifts for all my brew loving family. I was greeted by a delightful knowledgeable and friendly woman who was running the store. I was contemplating starting a mead and she informed me of all the trials and tributes that come with making a mead, including waiting at least 3 years once bottled. This was not what I had in mind as my next venture. I grabbed a few staples I knew I needed and them begun to peruse around the store. I quickly picked on a pomegranate kit which will be similar to an arbor mist and I am sure to adore. I browsed over the wonderful selection of wine kits and was still unsure as to which kit to pursue next. The woman was quick to help me, asking what sort of wines I enjoy and what sort I was looking to make next. She made a few suggestions and even had a pamphlet from the manufacturer describing the wine, including dryness and notes. I selected the meza luna red and will be back for a diablo red, as soon as they keep them in stock.
